Hey everybody just to let you know Tuesday is now the exception and Monday is when we will be writing the majority of our emails! so expect an email on Monday! I would love to hear what is going on back home so keep me updated!

 

this last week started off pretty bumpy but it turned to be a really great week! we picked another person who we are now teaching! She is Methodist and is a really awesome person! She said that she does not believe in chance and that we must have come into her life for a reason and was very interested by Joesph Smith and the Book of Mormon! Elder Ross, my new companion, is from green bay Wisconsin, the oldest in his family, he doesn't like Les mis... but is a good missionary! We both spoke this Sunday and the Branch President and members down here in Delaware county Trust us! IT is awesome and they are awesome! I was most excited about the broadcast last night! I know that the Lord is hastening his work and soon the members and the missionaries will be finally working as one!!!!!!! this is a most exciting time! I know that there are people that are ready to be invited to do something. That is really all a missionary does. invite. that is our main purpose. whether it be inviting somebody to a broadcast or to read in the Book of Mormon or to simply check out the mormon.org website. Invite. As soon as all members do this the work will drastically move forward!! I know that this is the Savior's church and that His Atonement is real! I love him. And I invite you to invite others to come closer to him.

Hello family. I am sorry to hear that life is pretty stressful for you all. I know that as we all turn to the Lord and ask for that strength that we need, we shall receive it! We just need to hold on and continue forward in faith. these simple things I know to be true. I continue to pray for all of you.

 

Dad, Mom and everyone else I would just like to thank you for your example and prayers. When I was at church this last Sunday and the primary sang songs about father It just reminded me how blessed I was to have a Great Father and Mother who taught me what is right and love me and I am so greatful for that.

So I am in Stamford New York and it is actually just below the area I was serving before. My Companion is Elder Ross and he is also a visa waiter to Brazil so Language study is really cool now. Elder Ross is from Green Bay Wisconsin and is very excited to be out! He is a hard worker and as I think I have said many times I will get along with anyone who is willing to work hard and to be obedient. We have picked up three new investigators and They are all awesome! When we got here day one there was nothing in our apartment as far as records go and no maps so we have been blessed abundantly to find these people! I know this is the Lords work and I know he is one I can always rely on."I know in whom I have trusted!"

ha funny story about the funds so we lost our debit card and so we were cut off from buying funds with our MSF money so I kinda covered for us. Thank you for that and now that we have funds it shouldn't be used that often. JON i am so happy to hear that you have such a positive attitude about all that has happened! keep it up and keep you faith in him and continue onward! Monica thank you for the update and keep sending the pictures! it is great! Mom and Dad thank you most especially for you support, guidance and love! Tell the 19th ward to keep going, and to just go out of their shell and invite. that is all you got to do. invite to church, read the book of Mormon, check out the mormon.org website, just invite.

This has kinda been a crazy week! I got the most unexpected news. President Worthlin calls on Saturday and tells me that I am opening up a new area and training a new missionary. haha hopefully I stay here for the whole transfer...  Ha so i am a little nervous but Elder Sarsozo assures me that I am ready. I am most especially sad because I love all the people here in Schoharie but I am Ready to serve wherever the Lord sees fit for me to serve. It's his work and I am not going to let my doubts get in the way of that. I continually think of the talk that Elder Holland gave this past general conference. I know the Savior will help through those doubts as I hold on to what I do know. I know he is there and that he will help me and never leave me as long as I do not leave him. I will never leave him for I know He is the only way to happiness! I love Him! I believe and trust and hope and have faith in him. eu amo voces! Elder Bell

I thought last week was amazing but this week was miraculous! We just continue to work hard and be obedient and we have picked up another 3 investigators and we are seeing just about all our investigators weekly. It is miraculous! There is one that is progressing fairly quickly toward baptism his name is Ricky. He is a 16 year old kid that takes care of his whole family and has really enjoyed church. Also The single mom is progressing drastically too! It has been amazing to see the change in her that has already come about. she is having a very difficult time quitting her addictions. pray for her. there is one experience that I would like to share. saturday we had a blood drive and we got up at 5 and set up and we were there for the whole thing being canteeners and making sure that people don't pass out. and so when we get home it is about 94 with 60% humidity mid day. we feel like we had hit a brick wall from getting up early, working hard all week and we just didn't have any strength but we had to go out and keep going. We knelt down and I said a prayer just weeping cause I just didn't have anything left. I prayed for strength. and as soon as we got out there. the tired feeling just disappeared. I know that the Lord never forgets about those who serve him! I know that he is helping me through all and that through all my efforts to be worthy of the spirit, I can be that servant he wants me to be! I love you all. Elder Bell
