ole, e aui?

eu estou fazendo otimo. Eu estou amando aqui em a mtc. i actually am really enjoying it here. it was really hard to get into the rhythm of things for the first few days but now that i have adjusted it is great. Portuguese is pretty difficult though. it is basically Spanish with weird rules and tongue twisters for pronunciation. it is coming along though. sadly though, my companeiro is leaving for the Brazil MTC on Tuesday cause he received his visa this Wednesday  there was one other missionary that got his so he going as well. i will miss the both of them. the other elder and su companeiro are our roommates and we have become very good friends. i will miss them muito. but, the rest of my district is awesome, so i think that i will survive. it has been so great being here and feeling the spirit all the time. for the 2 devotionals we have been to so far, they have been great. the first one on Sunday was from a man who works with the apostles in the missionary department and he told of some really cool stories and got us pumped up and excited to go and he reassured that our calls were from God. then on Tuesday  i got to sing with a choir that is about 800 to 1200 strong and that was really powerful. then elder Christensen spoke on the power of prayer and how we can be more effective and receive more Revelation or recognize when we do receive it. i think i have felt the spirit most powerfully though when the elders and 2 sisters share there testimonies after or maybe when i actually know what the investigator that we are teaching in Portuguese is saying and i get to testify to him and teach him. i don't know it is all so otimo. come estao fazando? how are you all doing? what is going on at home in the great IF? I hope it is going okay! i love you all so much and posso sentir suos oracao ajudando minha. i can feel your prayers helping me. eu amo voces muito. i love you all very much.

Dear Mom and Dad and Bell Family,

Como estas?  Todo bien?  Estou sentindo otimo!  I am actually loving it here at the MTC.  The classes are really long mainly because I have not idea what my teacher is saying and studying for 9 hours is awful.  Portuguese is really hard too but I am starting to get the hang of it.  My district is super cool though and my companheiro is pretty cool too.  We all get along super well, and it seems like we are the best of friends.  There are 5 of us going to Curitiba and there are 14 of us total, 2 of them being sisters.  They are all awesome!  I am really sorry though that I haven't written any letters yet and I can't email till next Friday cause that is our first p-day!  But I love it here, all is well!

I love you guys so much and I hope all of you guys are doing alright and getting along.  Sunday is the best though, keep it holy!  It is awesome!  ha...that was random, sorry!  I just love you all and I love the Savior.

Eu sei que Jesus Cristo e amoroso.  Sei que ele e meu Salvador.  Pai Celestial nos ama.  Em nome de Jesus Cristo Amem.  Alma 22:17-18

A Friend From Back Home...

Well, we haven't heard from Elder Bell yet, but we did receive this awesome photo from Brady Hodges, a fellow 19th ward member, who now works at the MTC.  It is a great reminder of how small of a world it is in the church.  Hopefully we will hear from him soon!
